Registration must be completed online with PayPal or credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). On-site registration accepts cash (Euro) and credit card. Wire transfers and checks are not accepted.

Full Pass (Physician): Practicing physicians and physicians in training (residents/fellows).

Full Pass (Exhibitor Badge — booth staff only): Team members registered by an exhibiting company. Register with the company name you’re assigned to.

Full Pass (Influencer): Verified creators/journalists covering longevity (subject to organizer approval, proof may be requested).

Full Pass (Non-Physician): Scientists/researchers, nurses, hospital staff, students, and general attendees.

Sorry, there is no “exhibition-only” pass. Access requires at least a day ticket.

LgoesB will cover the registration fee for invited faculty members.

- 80% refund if cancellation is received by Jan 31, 2026
- 50% refund if received by Apr 15, 2026
- No refunds after Apr 16, 2026
- Name changes until Apr 30, 2026 (€ 30 fee). No name changes after this date.
- No refund if visa is declined, but registration can be applied to the next conference.

Recordings, photos, and screenshots of lectures (including virtual sessions) are strictly prohibited. Violations will be prosecuted.

Logi-Vent GmbH acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any loss, accidents, or damages during the congress. Liability does not extend to event cancellations or early terminations caused by circumstances beyond control, including pandemics, terrorist attacks, strikes, wars, riots, government orders, or natural disasters.
